RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges on all orders purchased online or in-store.
 
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase or order arrival.
Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tag/seal on.
 
Please request a return by writing an email to info@linccorpnyc.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Kindly advise us of the reason for the return.
Please allow 3-5 days to process your return request.
 
Returns and exchanges exclude the shipping charge collected in the initial transaction.
