Store Manager

LINC ORIGINAL MAKERS NEW YORK — Brooklyn, NY 11249

We’re looking for a Store Manager to help us grow the first U.S. store of LINC ORIGINAL MAKERS, a lifestyle beauty brand from Japan.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and introduce our products
• Operate the register and manage daily sales (tracking daily sales, average transaction value, and more)
• Handle product management, inventory, merchandising, and customer records
• Run the store day to day, working together with the rest of the team
• Work with the manager on ideas to make the store even better

We provide a structured training period after you join, so you build up the role step by step.

Required Qualifications

• Able to work 5+ days per week
• Customer service experience
• Comfortable serving customers in English (a level sufficient for the role)
• Valid Social Security Number (SSN)

Preferred Qualifications

• A love of fragrance
• Enjoys talking with people
• Sales experience in apparel, cosmetics, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Experience as a store manager, assistant manager, or team leader

• Employment type: Shift-based
• Hours: within 11:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Pay

$21–24 per hour (determined by experience and ability; pay raises available)
