Part Time Retail Sales Associate

We’re looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join the first U.S. store of LINC ORIGINAL MAKERS, a lifestyle beauty brand from Japan.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and introduce our products
• Provide thoughtful customer service and product recommendations
• Operate the register and handle daily sales
• Assist with product management, inventory, merchandising, and customer records
• Work together with the rest of the team to keep the store running smoothly
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer

We provide training after you join, so you can learn our products and the role step by step.

Required Qualifications

• Able to work on a shift-based schedule
• Comfortable serving customers in English (a level sufficient for the role)
• Valid Social Security Number (SSN)

• A love of fragrance
• Enjoys talking with people
• Customer service or sales experience
• Experience in apparel, cosmetics, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Able to work weekends

Working Hours

• Employment type: Part-time, shift-based
• Hours: within 11:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Early and late shifts available
• Weekend availability is especially welcome

Pay

$17–21 per hour (determined by experience and ability; pay raises available)
