Full Time Retail Sales Associate

LINC ORIGINAL MAKERS NEW YORK — Brooklyn, NY 11249

We’re looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate to join the first U.S. store of LINC ORIGINAL MAKERS, a lifestyle beauty brand from Japan.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and introduce our products
• Provide thoughtful customer service and product recommendations
• Operate the register and handle daily sales
• Handle product management, inventory, merchandising, and displays
• Assist with day-to-day store operations
• Work closely with the rest of the team to keep the store running smoothly

We provide training after you join, so you can learn our products and the role step by step.

Required Qualifications

• Able to work 35+ hours per week
• Comfortable working a shift-based schedule, including weekends
• Comfortable serving customers in English (a level sufficient for the role)
• Valid Social Security Number (SSN)
• Able to commit to the role for the long term

Preferred Qualifications

• A love of fragrance and lifestyle brands
• Enjoys talking with people
• Customer service or sales experience
• Experience in apparel, cosmetics, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Interest in growing with a developing brand

Working Hours

• Employment type: Full-time, shift-based
• Hours: 35+ hours per week
• Working hours: within 11:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Early and late shifts available
• Shifts include weekends

Pay

$18–21 per hour (determined by experience and ability; pay raises available based on performance)
